Children in one of the highrise buildings in Lunik IX. LUNIK IX is populated with almost 100% Roma inhabitans and in the western-central part of the city of Kosice located in Eastern Slovakia. The living conditions in Lunik IX are partly very bad and many people do not have electricity, water or gas. Some of the buildings are completely devasted.
