Die Partei wurde 2001 von Lech Kaczynski und seinem Zwillingsbruder Jaroslaw Kaczynksi, der seit 2003 Parteivorsitzender ist, gegründet. / An election poster of the Polish national-conservative party "Right and Justice" (PiS) tries to attract voters with the words: "Polish deserve something better." The party was founded in 2001 by Lech Kaczynski and his twin brother Jaroslaw Kaczynski who is chairman of the party since 2003.
